This is our official business name. Your payment will show as Dana Creative Printing even though your order is placed under Frame Your Space Supply Co. or Spectacular Kreational Projects.

How many images or videos can I use?

Life Loop Video Frame: Upload 1 video (up to 15MB)

Can I preview my order before it’s made?
We may send you a proof for approval if needed. We always make sure your product is perfectly personalized before shipping/delivering.

How do I upload my video or photo?
Life Loop Video Frame images of videos can be uploaded by a USB cord when you recieve your order. For the rest of the items, You'll be able to customize it before you make a purchase. If your having a problem with your upload link, after checkout you can email us with your image for us to upload your content. Send your files to: orders.danacreativehub@gmail.com
Can I add names, dates, or custom messages?
Yes! Most products allow short personalized messages. Include any details in the “Order Notes” at checkout.

We offer replacements or refunds for damaged or incorrect orders. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for customer-uploaded errors. Please double-check your submission before placing an order.

Simply fill out the sign-up form on our Affiliate Program page. Once approved, you’ll receive your personal promo code and access to your dashboard.
2. How do I share my promo code?
You can share your unique code through social media, email, word of mouth, or any platform you prefer. Remember, customers must use your code at checkout to track your sales.
3. Do my referrals get a discount?
No — the promo code tracks your sales for commission purposes only. It does not give the buyer a discount.
4. How and when do I get paid?

First sale bonus: Get an instant $200–$500 bonus after your first confirmed sale (paid within 24–48 hours).

Monthly payouts: All other commissions and bonuses are paid monthly via your chosen payment method.
5. How can I track my sales and earnings?
Log in to your affiliate dashboard on our site to view your sales, commissions, bonuses, and leaderboard position.
6. Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
No, only one promo code can be used per order.
7. What happens if someone uses my code but doesn’t complete the purchase?
Commissions are only paid on confirmed, fully paid orders.
8. Are there any rules I need to follow?
Yes! No spamming, no fake orders, and please represent Dana Creative Hub with respect and integrity. Violations may result in removal from the program.
9. Can I sell products in person or at events?
Absolutely! Just make sure your customers use your promo code when they place their orders online.
